If design only of a Control System is needed, General Arrangement diagrams, Wiring diagrams and Parts Lists can be produced quickly and effectively for any size of job.

Standard Control Panels.

Davies Control Systems manufacture a large range of standard control panels. Whether it is a Corus Spec Local isolator or Standard Starter to a Standard Backflush Filter Panel we can manufacture these to a high specification using either off the shelf enclosures or Bespoke, made to measure enclosures to suit the application. We aim to provide a quick and efficient turnaround from order to delivery.

Motor Control Centres.

The Design, Manufacture and Commission of Motor Control Centres is another service we can provide. Time is taken and careful planning from the beginning to ensure that the design meets your needs. A Main Incoming section along with various Starters, Transformer, P.L.C. and Telemetry sections are normal in our M.C.C.'s. Enclosures are made to measure. Terminal compartments and cable ducts are incorporated in the design enabling easy access and installation.

On Site Modifications.

If you have an existing Control panel or M.C.C. we can retro fit new equipment. Whether it be a small panel or a complete M.C.C. we can design a solution for most situations.

P.L.C. and H.M.I. Programming.

Davies Control Systems can offer service and help to existing P.L.C. systems or incorporate P.L.C. and H.M.I. into our own systems.
